The shop is tested to work also without cookies, but we still suggest that you enable your internet browser’s cookies, because this way we can be sure that the site is working as it is planned to. Cookies are only used to keep your shopping cart updated. We do NOT store any other information with cookies.

Navigating

Use links on the left to navigate product categories. Do not use browser’s back/forward –buttons on navigation, because it might confuse the shopping cart.

Shopping Cart
|
|
You can add the products into the shopping cart by choosing the wanted quantity and pressing ”Add To Cart” -button. On top panel you’ll always see your current shopping cart. If you want to edit the products that are in your shopping cart you can do this by pressing ”Edit Cart” -button on top panel. You can change the quantities or remove items from a cart. If you want to change the quantity of some product, mark wanted quantity on ”Qty” -box and press ”Update This Line” -button. If you want to remove an item from your shopping cart press”Remove This Item” -button.

Sending An Order

When you’ve added all the wanted products into your shopping cart press ”Pay The Order” -button on top panel. Give all the asked information and accept your order by pressing ”Accept Order” -button. As soon as you’ve accepted your order you will get a confirmation eMail which includes all the information needed for paying/confirming your order. This eMail also includes the instructions for cancelling your order.

Not working?

It is possible that something goes wrong and you’ll get error messages during your shopping. Don´t panic then. Here is a little checklist:
-Did you use the browser’s BACK or PREVIOUS -buttons? Always only navigate with shop’s own links. Otherwise something might go wrong. -How about your cookies? Even though this shop works without them, you can try to enable them and try again. Unfortunately different browsers have different ways to work and cookies might be needed to make everything work as planned. -If you have problems in paying with credit card, try enabling the cookies. If this doesn’t help, try again later (it might be some kind of temporary error in payment-site). If none of these tips helps contact us info AT longplaymusic.net.
