| HOW TO ORDER |

Ordering is very easy: Just navigate on our website, search products you want to order and add them into your shopping cart by clicking "Add To Cart" -button. When you've added all the products you want into your shopping cart click "Pay The Order" –button on a top bar. Now enter your name / address information, e-mail, payment method and delivery method: registered delivery (comes with a tracking code and is as fast as a priority delivery), priority or economy (very slow). After giving all the information asked and accepting your order you’ll receive a confirmation e-mail including all the information about your order, instructions for making a payment and a link to the page which allows you to follow the process of your order. From this page you can check your order status and/or cancel it if you like.
If you choose payment method "Directly To Account", you’ll have to make the payment before we can handle your order. When we receive your payment we'll handle your order on the next "handling day" (check Delivery Time). Once your order has been handled you'll get an e-mail about it.
If you choose delivery method "Cash On Delivery" (NOTE! AVAILABLE ONLY IN FINLAND) you’ll need to confirm your order by answering to the confirmation email. After that your order will be handled on the next handling day (check Delivery Time). When your order has been handled you'll get an e-mail about it.

| PAYING ORDER |

Always remember to mention your delivery number when making a payment.
If you live outside Finland you have one option for paying your order.
Directly To Account
After you've accepted your order we’ll send you an email with our bank information, delivery number and the total amount of your order. With this information you can make the payment in your netbank (in case you have one) or in your bank office. If you live outside EU we have to charge you 6,73 euros for our bank fee. If this bank fee will not be charged we'll return this money back to you with your order.
Cash On Delivery (ONLY IN FINLAND!)
You’ll need to confirm your order by answering to the confirmation email you receive after accepting your order. After that we'll handle your order on the next "handling day" (check Delivery Time). When your order arrives to your post office they’ll send you a note about it and you can pick it up and pay the order at the post office.

| SHIPPING COSTS |

Product prices include shipping costs to Finland if order doesn´t contain hoodies or LP:s. We will add 8,50 eur for shipping to orders that include hoodies or LP:s. NOTE: This is only for Finland. We will calculate shipping costs manually and send you email about total price if you live outside of Finland.
If your payment method is cash on delivery (Only in Finland), shipping costs varies from 5,05 eur to 11,45 eur depending on package´s weight.

Your order will be packed and shipped usually the next business day after the handling day. NOTE!! If your order includes pre-sale item/s, the WHOLE order will be shipped when the pre-sale item is available. The delivery time to Finland should not exceed 2 business days. Below some examples of delivery times to the other countries (please note that economy delivery is especially slow to the USA, South America and France!)

| PROBLEMS WITH THE PRODUCT? |

We won't ship broken or faulty products, but if for some reason you'll get a broken or faulty product we’ll change it to a proper one without any costs for you (Check: Returning/Changing The Product).

| RETURNING / CHANGING THE PRODUCTS |

If you notice there is something wrong with ordered products and you want to return/change something, send it/them to the address below.
Include a return form with your delivery number, e-mail, name/address information and reason for returning the product. Also tell if you want us to send you a new product or if you want to get your money back. Returns have to be done within 14 days after receiving. However, returning your money or changing the product requires that the product is whole and there is no marks of usage (Except if the product has been already broken or faulty when you got it) so it must be ready for sale.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Contracts between you and this webshop shall be governed by Finnish Law. This webshop follows the recommendations of the Finnish Consumer Authority.
